STUDENTS UNION, UAM COMMISSIONS PROJECTS!!!

The 2016/2017 Rt. Comr. Pine led Administration today publicly presented projects executed under the leadership for official commissioning.

The ceremony was attended by Principal officers of the University under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. A. R. kimbir (represented by Prof. Nicodemus Agbulu,  DVC academics),  Deans of Colleges, Dean Students Affairs, Prof. Terhemen Aboiyar, the Students Union, Benue State University (BSU) led by Comr. Chuwan Martins (Students Union President) amongst other staff and dignatories.

Projects commissioned included:
-A Water project for off campus students
-Renovated Students Bus Stop
-Students Union Secretariat
-Students Union Scholarship Scheme
-Refurbished Cafeteria

The Vice Chancellor while commissioning the projects commended the Pine led Administration for the landmark achievements exhibited in the multiple projects the leadership has been able to carryout.

He charged other students with opportunities to lead, to learn from their example as they portray the hope of a better Nigeria with youths that can offer selfless service to their institution and Nigeria at large.

Other dignitaries present at the ceremony also took turns to react to the series of events that characterized the ceremony registering their pleasure in the success the Students Union has recorded in the space of one year.

As Students prepare to vote new set of leaders into office in a few weeks, they remain hopeful,  that those who will succeed the 2016/2017 Students Union leadership will build on the firm foundation laid by their predecessors towards ensuring the Union moves from where it is to where it can and should be.
