COMR. DAJOH JACOB EMERGES VICTORIOUS AS STUDENTS UNION PRESIDENT ELECT IN A LANDSLIDE VICTORY AS CAMPUS GOES AGOG IN EUPHORIA!!!

The Student's union Presidential polls re-conducted by the Rt. Comr. Labar Benjamin led Students Union Electoral Committee (SUEC)  has come to an end and the results declared.

Comr. Dajoh Jacob (002) has officially been declared winner of what has become the most popular Student's Union Presidential election in the Unions history.

Dajoh Jacob is a 400 Level Student of the Department of Crop and Environmental Protection (CEP), College of Agronomy.

The election which held in four (4) polling units across campus recorded a huge turnout and Comr. Dajoh emerged victorious in three (3) polling units while the first runner up Comr. Apeaii Frank won in a single (1) polling unit.

Final Collation of results across all polling units at the Students multipurpose building (Headquarters of SUEC) showed that Comr. Dajoh Jacob pooled 691 votes to emerge Victorious ahead of Comr. Apeaii Frank who garnared 579 votes.

Following the successful conduct of the Presidential polls,  the cabinet of the next Students Executive Council (SEC)  is intact and set for inauguration.

Students have been observed to be converging at various venues on UAM's campus celebrating and discussing the major moments that characterized Saturday's polls and the 2018 student's union election year.
